Automatic synchronization is not currently available. Additional synchronization features are what I'm working on for the next big update, but it won't be automatic - you will have to go through the synchronization screen, connect the devices, and set up how you want the devices to sync up. The companion app is not designed to synchronize devices, unless you planned on manually adding the same files to each device. In that regard, the companion app will work the same with both your Windows 10 and Android device.
