First, thanks for the update, Mike. It looks great!
Maybe this is available, but I have not seen it.
I would be really helpful it you could draw a line with an arrow pointer at the end. [I used this a lot when I used pdf-xchange and I have tried to create an ad hoc version of this by trying to draw an arrow head at the end of a line in MS].
A lot of times I am trying to tell myself to go from one point on the page to another point on the page. So, the "arrow" at the end of the line would give me the information I need.
