Thanks so much Geoff! I figured it had to be straight forward but I'm still learning my way around the program.      Sue           (Samsung Galaxy TabA)

Select the Set list tab
New (on top menu) and give it a name
Show Filters (at top) if not already showing
Tap on the down triangle to the right of "Collection: None"  
Select the collection(s) you want to choose from and press OK

Tap a song on right to move to end of setlist or
Drag the song from the right to the required position.
There isn't a save function - you have to use the Back mechanism provide by the tablet.
