Screen sizes for Android tablets lager then 10" are hardly or not available. I think that this will be filled up by the so called Chrome-books, but these use a different operating system.
The new versions have detachable screens of 13.3" (corresponding with A4) and larger. Also for Windows there are not so much choises in that size with a tablet mode.
Are there any thoughts about that subject.
I appologize realizing that this will be a lot of extra work because I do't know what are the differences between Android an Chrome.

Hi Erik,
no need to hesitate about Android on ChromeOS. You can access Google Play Store same as on Android and use Android apps.
Unfortunately there are no 13.3" Android or ChromeOS solid tablets at the moment with exception of a few crappy 16:9 tablets from "Gina" like Hannspree.
However there are three E-Ink screen Android ereaders worth mentioning. Onyx (from Gina) and Sony (made in Gina):
Onyx BOOX Max2 Ereader
Android 6.0.1, Google Play enabled
13.3" 2200x1650 E-Ink display
2GB RAM + 32GB internal memory
quad-core processor, WACOM stylus, Bluetooth 4.0, 550g

ONYX BOOX Max2 Pro Ereader
Android 6.0.1, Google Play enabled
13.3" 2200x1650 E-Ink display
4GB RAM + 64GB internal memory
quad-core processor, WACOM stylus, Bluetooth 4.0, 550g

Sony DPT-RP1 Digital Paper is using their own linux firmware but underlying on Android 5.1.1 which can be rooted:

Sony 13.3" 16GB DPT-RP1 Digital Paper

Marvell A140 quad-core processor, WACOM stylus, 349g
Has Bluetooth 4.2 BUT for file syncing only

I am not 100% convinced that 12.3" is large enough but here are two ChromeOS tablets:
Google’s Pixel Slate
Chrome OS with Google Play Store
12.3" 3000x2000 LCD display
4 GB RAM + 32 GB internal memory
Intel Celeron processor, Bluetooth 4.2, 731 g
Pixelbook Pen sold separately
Fingerprint Sensor + Titan C security chip

HP Chromebook X2 12-F014DX
Chrome OS with Google Play Store
12.3" 2400x1600 WLED-backlit display
4 GB RAM + 32 GB internal memory
Intel Core m3 processor, Bluetooth 4.2, 730g (tablet)

Looks like Google is pushing tablet ChromeOS development forward so we might see 13.3" devices soon.
