A couple of questions:

1) Does the problem persist after a reboot?

2) What kind of tablet is it (brand/model)?

3) Do you experience this problem with all of the progress dialogs?

I'm not sure what to do to reproduce this problem yet, but I'll run some tests tomorrow on my test tablet that has 4.2 installed.
