Looks like the second issue is because the songs are transposed to the same key, but their original key is different. It would be great if you can verify that, as that is the only explanation that makes sense. I have a fix in place for the first issue as well. My plan with the second issue is to show the original key and the transposed key such as "C -> E". Hopefully that makes sense. That avoids having to add any translation entries.
