I'll need more information on the RCA - what exact model is it? Obviously none of these are one click solutions - you'll have to learn a little bit if you want to root the devices. If you look at this post https://www.reddit.com/r/androidroot/com...iroot_etc/ you'll see that most oneclickroot solutions are not trusted and will often install spyware or bloatware. Newer posts on reddit show that OneClickRoot is in that list. I hope you didn't give them any personal information and paid through something like PayPal.
