I rewrite such songs with MuseScore. With a little experience a song like your example can be done in less time. And you are completey free to edit whatever you like.

I have used MuseScore a while back, but recently attempting to reduce the number of bars per page so I can increase the note size, (my eyes are 81 years old, like the rest of me) I found that I have had a memory lapse, and was unable to re-write the music with the notes etc. I'm looking for a quicky review, can you redirect me?

If there is a way of scanning in pdf's, and rewriting that allows fewer bars and larger notes that would be even better.
