MobileSheetsPro only runs on Android and Windows 10 devices. There are electronic ink devices from Onyx that run Android (such as the Onyx BOOX Max 3), as well as a few models from other companies. So if you wanted to use one of those devices, it could certainly connect to your keyboard and control it over MIDI (assuming your keyboard supports changing songs over MIDI).
