The way you should install the Windows 10 version is to load the Microsoft Store application (do not use a web browser) on the device you want to install it on, log in with the account you used to purchase MobileSheets, search for MobileSheets and tap the install button on the store page. Have you been using a browser to install it? If you can't install it on computer B, the next thing to check is the version of Windows 10 that is installed on that device. Go to "About your PC" in Windows 10 and verify you have version 1709 or later (prefereably 1909 or 2004).
