I've modified my server configuration to allow youtube videos to be embedded in posts now. I also seem to be able to embed images, for example:

See below.   If you right click and copy the link address, it's a valid address but it doesn't render. (My Dropbox public folder)



However, I copied the source link of your image and it inserts fine:

I've also tried to insert from my Google Drive with read permissions an I also get this:  
So it seems related to Dropbox or Drive but not sure how ...
Actually, pasting the links of Dropbox and Google Drive directly in a browser, they render the images fine but not here ...
