Your picture didn't get attached to the post unfortunately. If you are using a stylus, you could be entering annotations mode. If you don't want that to occur when using the stylus, go to Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings and uncheck "Enter Annotation Mode with Stylus Input". You can then load a song, tap the center of the screen with the stylus and then tap the link point icon at the bottom right.

If you can't access the song overlay at all, that means performance mode is enabled. To disable performance mode, tap the lock icon in the floating toolbar at the bottom right corner of the library screen. This same toggle can be accessed by tapping the bottom right corner of the screen while a song is loaded to display the quick action box.
