There is annotations_favorites.xml which comes after user_filters.xml, then stamplists.json (they are packaged in the same way as user_filters.xml), then a 4-byte int for the number of custom stamps, then for each custom stamp, the name of the stamp followed by the 8-byte long for the size of the stamp file, then the bytes for the stamp file.
