Microsoft's MIDI library for UWP seems to have issues with the KORG drivers on Windows for some reason and there are often issues with the devices not showing up in MobileSheets. I contacted Microsoft about this a long time ago and they just ignored me. So the only answer I have at this point is that you may need to run your KORG keyboards through a MIDI interface, as this removes the KORG drivers from the picture. Examples of this are the Roland UM-One https://www.roland.com/us/products/um-one_mk2/ and the iConnectivity MIDI interfaces https://www.iconnectivity.com/midi-interfaces-1. When I switch MobileSheets from a UWP application back to a standard desktop application, I will then be able to use the standard Windows MIDI libraries which should prevent the need to do this, but it's going to be a while before I have the bandwidth to make the necessary changes.
