I don't seem to have any problems exporting msf files and importing them. Please send one of those files to mike@zubersoft.com and I'll take a look at it. Between version 3.4.8 and 3.5.0, the only changes that were made to exporting/importing is that I correctly handle file size mismatches between what's in the database and the size of the actual file on disk and I also handle missing custom stamp annotations.
