That's unusual - the application manifest has been updated which is what drives the name shown on by the application launcher on your device. It's possible that, even after the update was installed, your application launcher did not update the existing app name from the manifest which is not something I can force unfortunately. If you uninstalled and reinstalled the app, that would certainly fix it. On my Samsung Tab S4, installing the latest version did change the name of the icon.
