I'm very sorry to hear you encountered those issues. Are you using the Microsoft Store version of MobileSheets? We can try switching you over to the FastSpring version to see if that helps with the issue, as I'm able to bypass some of the Microsoft Store restrictions with the FastSpring version. One of the things I can do with the FastSpring version is prevent the OS from suspending/killing the app. I can't stop that with the Microsoft Store version.
