I've never used albums so this may be wrong!

Having displayed the album tab, you can display how it is sorted.
Having said that, it only seems to provide A-Z, Date Created, Date Modified and Numerically.
Sounds as though you need "Sort: Manual" as available when a setlist is shown

Over to M i k e (spaces to prevent it b e i n g  converted to gibberish - something to do with the translator?)

or perhaps you should be using set lists?
