I've never seen something like that happen before, so I think the best thing to do is long press your setlist on the Setlists tab, tap Share->Export songs and files, and then email or share the .msf file with mike@zubersoft.com. I can then try to reproduce the problem you are seeing in order to provide more information about what is happening.
