Unfortunately, these kinds of issues can be very hard to address, because if the advanced audio player option is disabled, the OS libraries are used for the audio playback. That means the behavior of the audio playback is completely different depending on the OS version and the manufacturer's variant of the OS. I've certainly heard of unusual issues like that occuring for some users, but I've never been able to reproduce it on any of my Samsung tablets or my Chromebooks.
