Hi,
If the chain symbol is not displayed, and all settings are as described in the guide, chances are that there is an issue with the connection between Genos and MobileSheets.
Can you test communication between the two as follows.
In MobileSheets, go to the edit screen of a song (any song) and in the MIDI tab, choose the bottom icon at the right hand side of the screen (just above where the chain icon should be)
This will open a MIDI listen dialog in MS
Next play a couple of notes on the keyboard. The corresponding MIDI messages should appear in the MIDI listen dialog in MobileSheets. If they are not , then there is a connection problem.
You are still using the USB/camera cable to connect both right? (not the wireless connection described in the guide)
