Font:
- System Default and Serif and Condensed: works fine
- Monospace: Neither B nor I appears to be supported
- Sans Serif: B seems to work backwards (on is not bold, off is bold) but otherwise fine
- Condensed Light: I appears not to be supported
- Medium and Thin and Black: B appears to not be supported
- Light: B = B+I; I does nothing
