Hello TC,
I know I'm a little bit late to respond but having read your request I was wondering if you couldn't just solve it by setting the mode of turning pages to a "two page advance" in two-page-mode. For this you tap in the middle of the screen when a song is opened and then tap the fifth icon from the left on the bottom left which is either a 1 or a 2 with a square around it. This way you would always turn two pages in two-page-mode. The setting only appears in two-page-mode.
Another tip: If you want more "safety" in a performance situation I would recommend turning on performance mode. You find it by tapping in the bottom right corner of the screen and then tapping the middle icon with a little lock. This way the song overlay won't be turned on and the area of the screen that you can tap to advance a page (or in your case two pages) is increased (you can also touch the middle).
Kindly,
Malte
