That's not the intent of the batch audio import feature - it's for users that want to create blank songs linked to audio files, not to update audio for their existing songs. If you want to do that, just enable Settings->Import Settings->Automatically Add Matching Audio, place the audio files in the same directory as the PDFs, then import all the PDFs and MobileSheets will update your existing songs to attach the audio files if needed.
