Use a translator if you must.

I think it is better if the OP writes in their native language.  They are more likely to provide an accurate description, of whatever problem/request they have, than using a language they might not understand very well.  There are a number of non-english members who do have a good command of English who are happy to clarify the original request, should it be needed.

There's nothing to stop a reader from using a translator, if it's a subject that interests them.
