Display the sortlist
Change the Sort setting (top line) from manual to A-Z

At some point, you could change the Sort back to Manual to restore the original order

If you only ever want them in A-Z order, you could convert them to collections (long press the setlist name, three vertical dots at top right, Create Collection from Songs)
