I absolutely read all your messages, hence my confusion. You stated this:
The screen displayed "Files: 1 Blank Page".
That means that your PDF was replaced by a blank page (there is no file tied to a blank page)? I don't know how that would even be possible. Something is not adding up between the libraries you are synchronizing. Are you making sure to use a one-way sync to push changes and a one-way sync to pull changes?
I'm going to need access to library backups (Settings->Backup and Restore->Backup Library) from you from two of those devices and the folder you are synchronizing to, because otherwise I have no way of looking into this. I use the synchronization feature all the time, and even after years of using it, I've never seen a PDF replaced by a blank page, or seen blank pages occur after a synchronization. I have also not heard from any other users experiencing anything like that. You can upload and share the .msb files with mike@zubersoft.com if you'd like me to investigate this further (along with access to the sync folder).
Thanks,
Mike
