Fortunately MSPro and ChordPro provide several ways to achieve either approach.
For example, in ChordPro (www.chordpro.org), either guitar-centric:
{capo-guitar: 2}
{transpose-keyboard: 2}
[A] will show as A with capo 2 on guitar and B on keyboard.
or keyboard-centric:
{capo-guitar: 2}
{transpose-guitar: -2}
[A] will show as G with capo 2 on guitar and A on keyboard.
