I'm setting up our church orchestra with this software. We have 20+ computers across the orchestra with multiple instruments. Most of our songs are different across instruments. I know this feature is coming later, but I am wondering in the meantime what the best method would be to set this up for them. We need it to work so that the song leader can just choose a new song and update the current running set list while worship is going. Wheather it's changing the next song in line, or adding another one later in, we need it so the orchestra has to do as little as possible.
So far my solution is to load each computer with only the type of music that instrument uses, and the loaded songs are categorized by ID number. So when the song leader chooses a song, all the orchestra gets thier version of the song loaded, because it loads via ID number instead of just name.
Is this a good method to go about this, or is there an easier way?
