It sounds like it might be a firewall issue. Please go to Windows Firewall->Allow an app through Windows Firewall, and make sure public and private are checked for MobileSheets Companion. If that doesn't help, it may help to uninstall and reinstall the companion app. Also try rebooting your Android devices (this fixed this issue for one user) and also reboot your router.
