I don't have Yoga 7 but a Lenovo Ideapad 2n1 14" laptop that is three years old.  It runs Mobilesheets just fine.  The Yoga 7 is a notch up from my 2n1 so I believe you should be fine.

Bamboo Ink Stylus 2nd Generation for Windows is the one I have for annotation.  It works well for my basic needs.
