If you long press a piece on the library screen to select it, tap "Edit Piece" to go into the piece editor, then go to the Files tab, do you see multiple files listed? If so, that's the problem and you should remove the extra files that were added to the piece. Otherwise I'm going to need more information. Are you loading individual scores or a setlist?
