At the moment, no, although you could use the annotations feature to place a guitar chord diagram and insert dots on the frets as needed. However, there are several plans for this:
1) With chord pro files, I am going to support chord diagrams. I was planning on adding this with 3.9.0, but it will be added with one of the updates following 3.9.0. This will most likely be the best option.
2) I may add a custom chord diagram annotations tool with 3.10.0, depending on how difficult this will be to implement
You could also create your own chord diagrams outside MobileSheets, then import them as custom stamp annotations and place them in your files as needed. Just be aware that using annotations with text and chord pro files isn't the best as the files are dynamically laid out, and changes to the text display settings can change the layout and cause annotations to no longer be positioned correctly.
