Display on external touchscreen from phone via HDMI?

Now that I'm looking at this, my second thought is that if an Android phone can display MobilSheets "correctly" on an external (HDMI) display, a better way to go would just be a larger touchscreen monitor in standard landscape orientation and using 2-page display.  And THAT seems like something I can experiment with on the equipment I have.  Rolleyes
