e.k. is right, the texts in the list to select and insert a new smart button should better be
"Start or Stop Audio Track" (en) = "Audiotrack Start / Stop" (de)
"Pause or Resume Audio Track" (en) = "Audiotrack Pause / Weiter" (de)

Nevertheless: I wonder why anybody would insert these smart buttons to a song instead of assigning a global keypress or touch action to open the audio player. Even more in cases where more than one audio track is linked to a song.
