Just did some checking with my phone and the demo version of MS.  I notice when you select a collection that an extra, umm, Title Bar(?) is added above the collection table with the collection name in it.  Perhaps add one of them for the library name but only when a collection, or setlist etc. is NOT selected as that name would replace the library name?  Not ideal I guess given the real estate situation on small screens, but if it was a conditional thing like you're proposing for the appearance of it in the overflow menu, maybe it would be more palatable?

I realise I'm being a bit obsessive about this, but given the number of bands I'm in and, thus, how often I change libraries it would be a great boon to me.
