That double tap action would have to be mapped into the existing Android SDK in order for me to respond to it. I don't know if that is a custom thing the operating system is acting on. If so, I wouldn't be able to detect or respond to it. If it requires a custom SDK, that's a lot to have to integrate for a single stylus action. There is nothing in the existing Android SDK for double-tapping a stylus that I'm aware of.
