Yes, trigger the "Scroll Down or Turn Page If at Bottom" pedal action with the scroll amount set to 50% and then you can adjust the scroll speed for that action at the top of the pedal actions screen. Don't rely on the half page turn mode with vertical scrolling (you may want to just uncheck that option).

Thanks Mike. I've tried that. It has now given me the ability to control the scroll speed. 

At first I found an unexpected "feature" which reflects that my pages are different sizes, however I found you have kindly offered 50% of "screen" and page" options. 

One thing I can't quite work out at the moment is that previously tapping the screen would have the same result as the foot pedal (presumably because they were both set to "half page turn mode with vertical scrolling"). Is there a way I can get the same  "Scroll [page] Down 50% or Turn Page If at Bottom" action as the foot pedal by tapping the screen?
