Update:

I've installed the 4.0.9 - Version of the Companion on my old Laptop with Windows 7 Home and everything worked fine.

I also installed it on another Windows-10-Laptop and my issue persisted: PDF-Files are not fully imported and not displayed on the "File" Page.
