Go to Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings->Touch Actions and set the bottom middle to "Go forward one page". That should function for what you are asking for as long as you are okay with full page turns. Otherwise I'll have to add the "Go to next page" action as one of the supported touch actions for other parts of the screen such as the middle bottom.
