I'll look into this, but no MIDI code was changed in any of the latest updates, so I'm not sure why you would be experiencing that. Another user said that having Settings->MIDI Settings->MIDI Receive Channel set to all was a problem on iOS, but I haven't had a chance to investigate that yet. You could consider trying to change that to match the channel you are receiving on to see if that has any impact.
