Thanks!  Not entirely sure what I did, but something clicked late this afternoon and it seems to work just fine.  I was amazed.  Used it for the first half of rehearsal and it worked perfectly.  During break, I was copying notes from the guy on my left and had the paper music on top of the tablet.  Somehow, something I wrote on the paper music put enough pressure on the tablet screen that it changed the view to a vertically-split screen, with the music only in the upper left hand corner (way too small to play from) and the right half of the screen offering me voice to text conversion.  Break was over and I had no clue how to get out of that, so played the second half from the paper music.  Glad I took it along.  Will take the pen along Tuesday night for a different rehearsal.    

Foot pedal hasn't arrived yet, so that's not an issue.  

Does anyone have any thoughts on screen protectors?  Anti-glare screen protector pro's and con's?  Ninty eigh percent of the time, I'll use it on a music stand.  Any recommendations for a case?
