Need help in communication between Yamaha Genos and Mobilesheets

Hi Rudy, Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I've followed your instructions fully and M/Sheets is set for genos.
Just doesn't give me a 'chain icon' option.

I've tried changing to a new printer cable, but no difference. I have had to use an adaptor between the cables and just wondering whether this may be the problem ??
