If you load the Microsoft Store app and search for MobileSheets, the store page will indicate whether you have the paid app or whether the trial is underway. If it doesn't show you an option to purchase, then you certainly have the paid version. The trial also ends after 14 days and prevents further access to the app.

Ok, it doesn't show an option to purchase in the MS app store, so I do have the paid version.
