That options is only deactivated under certain conditions:
1) If you unchecked "Let MobileSheets Manage my Files", because MobileSheets generally does not want to modify users files in any way if they are outside the MobileSheets storage location. This only applies to Android devices.
2) If the song uses only blank files (as there is nothing to delete)
3) If the storage location is not set to the default storage location on Windows. I can't remember the history of why this was done, but it was back in May of 2019, and I'm sure it was based on user feedback.
So I'm guessing #3 is the culprit here. I would need to hear from more users if they would prefer that I delete files by default with a custom storage location, effectively reverting the change that was made back then.
As far as not asking for confirmation, that's a little bit dangerous, but once again, if it seems that a lot of people are on board with that, then I can add a setting to control whether a confirmation occurs.
