There is no documentation other than the discussions that have been had on the forum. If you just want a list of files used by songs in the setlist, that is possible by long pressing the setlist, tapping the three dots at the top right corner of the library screen, and then "Generate Song List".  You have to go to Settings->Library Settings->Generate Song List Format to control what fields are included for each song, and one of those is "File Paths". So that's how you would generate the list of files.
