No, that is not currently supported. The only way to accomplish that in an indirect manner is to rotate all your pages 90 degrees, lock the orientation to landscape, then view the score with the tablet in portrait, and each page turn would cut the page vertically down the middle. However, the rest of the UI is going to be rotated incorrectly, so it may make the app harder to use.
