What I do in such a case, is put the different arrangements behind different buttons in the same registration file, with the song always linked to button one.
The arrangement I use most often is also saved behind button one.
So when I load the reg. file and press button one, the song is displayed. And then when/if necessary, I press the reg. button for the required alternate arrangement.
This is of course only possible if not too many reg. buttons are required per arrangement ...
