MobileSheets will certainly display any PDF bookmarks, but any forScore bookmarks won’t be transferred as those aren’t stored in the PDF itself. They are most likely stored in a password protected database file.

Hi Mike, from ForScore I'm able to "share" a bookmarked PDF file which gives me the option to open any apps including MobileSheets.
Bookmarks are copied over to MobileSheets.
This works on individual file transfers from ForScore to MobileSheets.

Now I found a way of copying my whole library from iCloud without having to do PDF2CSV process:
In MobileSheets:  
Import > Local File and go into my iCloud's folder containing the books. Titles and metadata are copied over including BOOKMARKS! 
I have to do small batches to make sure that all files are copied.
