You'd really want to create the symbols as .svg files using an application like Inkscape. You can set the document properties to specify the base width/height for the file, so if you set something like 60x60, it will probably show up pretty well at the default size in MobileSheets. Also, do not just embed text in the .svg file. You need to convert text to a path, otherwise it will embed the font information and it will not be as portable and may not display properly if the font is not present in the OS on the device.
